CAREER COUNSELLING

The right guidance leads to the right path. The career guidance cell in school aims to facilitate students to make informed choices.

The school offers a vast selection of subject combinations to help each student explore possibilities based on her aptitude, interest and abilities. This enables students to get exposed to a wide range of opportunities in India and abroad. Information regarding various aspects of the application process is disseminated and students are guided in the college application process. Seminars and talks are organized to give students an overview of different careers and emerging trends. The School is also an authorized testing center for both the SAT and AP examinations.

KEY ACTIVITES

  • Providing guidance on subject selection.
  • Conducting aptitude and interest identification tests to foster self-awareness in students.
  • Organising seminars on application processes in India and abroad.
  • Arranging talks by representatives from colleges and universities.
  • Assisting in the creation of dream college lists and preferences.
  • Providing guidance for filling out applications.
  • Supplying application documents including transcripts and Letters of Recommendation.
  • Offering support in writing effective college essays, personal statements and preparing portfolios.
  • Organising preparatory classes for various entrance tests in India and abroad such as NIFT, NID, CLAT, CUET, BBA (in India) and SAT, AP (abroad).
  • Extending assistance for competitive examinations like NEET and IIT JEE.
  • Keeping students and parents updated on various exams and their deadlines.
  • Conducting seminars for parents to provide an overview of the latest career trends and encourage their involvement in the subject selection process for their daughters.
